Are you exhausted from feeling trapped by constant stress and anxiety? Like you haven't take a full breath today (or this week…)

I know you’re carrying it all, and just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, grappling with anxiety, or feeling lost, know that you're not alone.

I believe that your symptoms are a roadmap, guiding you back to your wild and precious self. When we deviate too far from our essential nature, the inner fire that we are meant to nurture, we start experiencing symptoms of distress and disconnection.

It is my deepest honor to listen with you and hold the torch as you find your way back to yourself so that you can live the whole-hearted and fiery life that you were meant to live.

I have been working with individuals that have felt trapped by stress and anxiety for the past ten years. I have trained, taught, and worked in Southeast Asia, and  work with a rich combination of Vedic, Ayurvedic and Zen Buddhism teachings through the lens of modern psychology.

Humans aren’t meant for boxes, or formula-based therapy. My personalized approaches will support you in integrating breathing exercises, somatic movement, and psychodynamic therapy into sustainable lifestyle enhancements that empower more control of your experience of life.

I work with clients in their late teens (15+) and adults with a variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, addictions, self-esteem, and chronic pain to name a few. As a queer therapist, I also love serving the queer community and individuals with compounded trauma.
