For many of us, getting Sober Curious begins with a simple question: Would my life be better without alcohol? To discover the answer for yourself, all that remains is to put the cork back in the bottle, open your eyes, and see.

-Ruby Warrington

Do you keep waking up hungover, vowing to NEVER drink again….and yet find yourself having a glass of wine by dinnertime?

Have you tried AA and it just doesn’t resonate with you? Are you tired of being told not to trust yourself, that you’ll always be an alcoholic or that you being human is “addict behavior?”

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then you’re in the right place! We live in a culture that has previously limited resources for people wanting to explore their relationship with alcohol. That if AA doesn’t work for you, then you’re screwed. You may be left feeling angry, defeated, and maybe even that there is something wrong with you when it’s not working.

Sober-Curious is an 8-week, virtual group, for women who want to explore and examine their relationship with alcohol.

This group is not about total abstinence or quitting drinking forever - it’s about living your fullest life and stepping into your unapologetic, POWERFUL, authentic self. It's about stepping into the best version of yourself and creating a life that you don’t want to check out of.

Together, we’ll approach your relationship with alcohol like we would any other behavior or pattern that is no longer serving you. In creating this group, “Sober-Curious,” I really wanted to normalize and destigmatize exploring and getting curious about our relationship to alcohol. I believe that looking at how you drink, why you drink, and how you feel when you drink - is all up for exploration.

I feed myself the most gorgeous and nutritious foods, buy the best skincare products, move my body and invest in therapy. Why wouldn’t I look at my drinking like any other behavior in my life and ask the question that I ask of everything else that I do: Is this behavior helping me live the fullest, more authentic life? And if it isn’t, then I’m going to get curious about what it IS doing for me and start there.
