If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for quick fixes or surface-level strategies.
You’re looking for a place to be real, to feel deeply, and to get curious about the stories and roles you’ve carried—maybe for generations. I offer therapy for people who are ready to do the inner work and want to move beyond coping.
I work best with folks who are introspective, open-hearted, and ready to get honest about the parts of themselves they’ve had to hide, mask, or shrink to survive. My practice centers the cycle-breakers, especially those disentangling from rigid expectations around femininity, sexuality, motherhood, and partnership.
You might land here if you…
Feel like you’re playing a role that doesn’t fit anymore
Are exploring your identity outside the norms of traditional relationships or parenting
Are curious about how intergenerational trauma, ancestry, or power dynamics live in your body and beliefs
Are tired of the distractions, habits, or self-concepts that keep you small and disempowered
Want to explore spirituality, nature, and myth as part of your healing
Are entering a life transition—matrescence, grief, aging, creative pivots—and need a grounded space to reflect
How I work:
I use a blend of different therapeutic modalities, including spiritual and depth psychology, humanistic, attachment-based, gestalt, existential, and feminist frameworks, enriched by tools such as mindfulness, somatic practices, internal family systems, eco-therapy, art therapy, and dialectical behavioral techniques as well as archetypal psychology through astrology, tarot and dream work . Each client—whether individual, couple, family, or teen—receives a tailored experience that reflects their distinct needs.
I'm interested in your belief systems, your survival strategies, the roles you were taught to perform, and the ways you’ve internalized messages about your body, your worth, and your power.
Together, we’ll explore…
The spiritual and psychological changes that occur in the process of becoming a parent
The pain of breaking with family, culture, or religion—and the possibility on the other side
How power dynamics show up inside you (not just outside you)
How to live in deeper alignment with your values, your cycles, your creative and relational needs
My sessions are relational, conversational, and collaborative. I don’t take a top-down approach. I’m in it with you.
A special note for mothers & parents…
I have a deep reverence for the transformation that comes with becoming a parent—especially when you’re trying to organize your life differently than the one you came from. If you’re questioning the nuclear family model, feeling isolated in early parenthood, or grieving the parts of you that got pushed aside in the process, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to reclaim your complexity.
I believe that your symptoms are a roadmap, guiding you back to your wild and precious self. When we deviate too far from our essential nature, the inner fire that we are meant to nurture, we start experiencing symptoms of distress and disconnection.
It is my deepest honor to listen with you and hold the torch as you find your way back to yourself so that you can live the whole-hearted and fiery life that you were meant to live.
