You’re good at holding it all together. But lately, you’re wondering if the life you’ve built is actually the life you want.

You’re the woman who can show up for everyone else, keep the plans moving, get the work done, and somehow make it look like you have it together.

But inside, you’re tired.

Maybe your ADHD has made you feel like you’re constantly trying to catch up to a version of yourself you can never quite reach. Maybe perimenopause has changed your relationship with your body, your emotions, your energy, or even your sense of who you are. Maybe you’re first-generation and have spent much of your life navigating the space between who your family taught you to be and who you actually want to become.

And then there’s the question you may not even feel comfortable saying out loud: Do I actually want children? Or maybe you desperately wanted to become a mother, and that path didn’t happen the way you thought it would.

Maybe you feel grief. Maybe you feel relief. Maybe you feel guilt for feeling relief. Maybe you feel all of those things at the same time.

You may be questioning your relationship, your identity, your career, your family, your future, or the version of adulthood you thought you were supposed to want.

And underneath all of it may be an even bigger question:

Can I trust myself to know what I want?

This is the work I love doing.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with millennial women navigating these complicated, often invisible transitions. I help women slow down enough to hear their own voices beneath the expectations, shoulds, fears, and other people’s opinions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and IFS-informed. I believe the parts of you that feel anxious, overwhelmed, indecisive, perfectionistic, avoidant, or stuck aren’t broken parts that need to be fixed. They’re often parts that have been working incredibly hard to protect you.

Together, we can get curious about those parts rather than judging them.

We might explore why making decisions feels so difficult, why you second-guess yourself, why you feel responsible for everyone else's feelings, or why knowing what you don't want sometimes feels easier than knowing what you do.

We can make space for the grief of the life you thought you would have, while also making room for the possibility of a life you genuinely choose.

Because becoming more fully yourself doesn't always mean becoming someone new.

Sometimes it means finally giving yourself permission to listen to the person who has been there all along.

You don't have to know exactly what you want before you come to therapy. You don't have to know whether you want children, whether your relationship is right for you, or what your next chapter should look like.

You can come confused. You can come conflicted. You can come with 37 tabs open in your brain.

We'll start there. My goal isn't to tell you what choice to make or who you should be. It's to help you understand yourself deeply enough that your choices can come from self-trust instead of fear, obligation, or the expectations you've inherited.

For the past ten years, I've worked with women at exactly these crossroads, where identity, body, family, and future all seem to be shifting at once. My approach is depth-oriented and trauma-informed, which means we go beneath the surface of what's happening now to understand the patterns and stories underneath it. I draw on parts work, neuroscience, relational therapy, and Jungian psychology, and I pay close attention to what your body is telling you, not just your thoughts.

I’m also a trained Perimenopause Specialist through the Perry Academy, and I believe you deserve more than a therapist who only looks at what’s happening emotionally. Perimenopause can touch your mood, sleep, relationships, body, identity, and so much more. That’s why I work alongside a network of trusted clinicians, practitioners, and specialists who can support different pieces of the picture.
