Clinical Rate: $50-70/hour depending on experience/caseload
Admin Rate: $21/hour
Training Stipends: 0-1 year $500, 1-2 years $1000, 2-3 years $1500 + Supervision course fees
401k (100% of contributions on the first 3% deferred, then 50% of contributions from 3% to 5%)

For 20+ Therapists: Empower MFT Inc will pay 50% of the costs of the base company health insurance plan per eligible licensed staff member who chooses to opt-in; For the 2023 calendar year, this will be the Kaiser Permanente Silver plan. Each therapist who opts into the Empower MFT healthcare will be responsible for paying the remaining 50% of coverage costs, which will be deducted from your paychecks.
