A SOFT LANDING PLACE FOR YOU

I know you. I’ve been where you are, dear one. Feeling the heaviness, guilt, grief, worry, anger, and loneliness. Having a loved one who is struggling with addiction is so consuming and it can become your whole life. It can be so easy to forget about yourself, your well-being, and your life.

Maybe you’ve been to Al-Anon and it wasn’t the right fit, or maybe you’re just really looking for a deeper, trauma-informed exploration of how you show up in a family or relationship when addiction is present. The 12-steps aren’t for everyone, and that’s okay.

Wherever you are on your path, we are here to meet you there.

You deserve a space for you to be held, heard, and seen by other women who get it. We don’t heal in isolation.

Come join us on the beach. Bring your chair, your dog, and a cozy blanket, and have a soft landing place for you to just be.
