I work with teens, adults, couples, and parents to help them feel more connected - to themselves, their relationships, and their inner world. Many of the people I work with are used to holding it all together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or disconnected underneath.
________
Areas of Focus
Anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm
Identity exploration and life transitions
Relationship challenges and recurring patterns
Teen mental health and parent support
Cultural identity and family expectations
Infertility, grief, and disconnection
My Approach
As an EMDR-trained Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I take a warm, relational, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I integrate attachment-based and psychoanalytic perspectives with neuroscience, somatic practices, CBT, self-compassion, and EMDR.
Many clients share that therapy becomes a space where they can finally exhale,a place to unmask, slow down, and feel more like themselves.
Imagine one hour each week where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together.
A space where you can bring your full, unfiltered experience and feel met with care, curiosity, and understanding.
You deserve to feel seen.
You deserve to feel connected to yourself.
You deserve space to simply be.
