Grounded in somatic work, my approach is rooted within the body, integrating its profound wisdom along with ancestral insights and your own innate intuition.

Embracing the sentiment “not all those who wander are lost”, I see my role as a therapist as a journey companion on your quest. Together, we can embark on a path of exploration and curiosity, guiding you towards your inner truth. Through a fusion of Internal Family Systems and Narrative therapy, I empower you to witness stuck and wounded aspects of yourself, fostering a reconnection with your inner child and facilitating a life of tranquility and fulfillment. Beyond exploring personal realms, my commitment extends to navigating the complexities of our shared reality, understanding its limiting and often violent social and political structures, and exploring the connection between global suffering and our own individual suffering.

My People: Biracial, Bipoc, Queer, Traumatized. Elderly Folx. Neurospicy.

As a biracial, queer and neurodivergent person growing up in a small town I faced my own challenges in finding a way home to myself, and learning how to survive under often violent and oppressive systems. I've navigated through adversity, finding solace in community, the embrace of nature, and the profound connections between my own experience and that of those who came before me. For my own healing journey I spent the next decade exploring ways to find peace and understanding.

Witnessing the gaps in representation within the mental health landscape and grappling with the impacts of colonialism in therapeutic spaces, I felt called to carve out a new space in this field.

Outside of my practice, I find rejuvenation in nature's tranquility, whether hiking, camping, or by the water's edge. Alternatively, I cherish moments of connection with friends, whether through dance, song, or the shared joy of culinary creation.
