As a first-generation British-Egyptian woman, I know what it’s like to live in-between worlds, to feel like you don’t fully belong anywhere. But I also know the profound power of finding home within yourself and carrying that out into your own community.
Empower was born from my belief that we were never meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. My mission in creating Empower was to create a space where you can exhale—really exhale.
My goal is to create a therapeutic home where you feel deeply seen, held and challenged in ways that help you grow into a fuller version of yourself and create real, lasting change in your life. Empower is a loving offering to my community. My deepest wish is for you to nourish yourself and step into your most magical, full life! The world needs you whole.
